The name Lakai emerged from an unforgettable moment as Robert’s father, living with Alzheimer’s, tasted Marie’s Mom's Kremas recipe and exclaimed, “Yummm, goute tankou lakay!” — “It tastes like home.” This heartfelt expression embodies Lakai's commitment to bringing the warmth and richness of home to every exquisite bottle, inviting shared cultural experiences.
